Q: Can anyone see my child on the internet?

A: No, only you and your family can see your child through ParentObserve. Our SafeCam technology allows you to view your child on the go while utilizing a sophisticated high security protocol that encrypts the video feed.

Q:Can I view my child from my work PC or Mac?

A: Sure, our service is available online and through our FREE ($9.95 per month service charge applies) app available for Apple and Android.

Q: Can I view my child using my iPhone or Android phone?

A: Sure, once you have completed your registration, you will be able to log into your ParentObserve account and view your child(ren) on the go! Click to download the app, for Android and iPhone.

Q: How long is the minimum enrollment period?

A: You have two enrollment options, six months and a full year.

Q: Can my family view my child through ParentObserve?

A: Yes, you can share your ParentObserve login with family. Just please keep in mind the privacy concerns of other parents when share your account login with family.

Q: After the initial subscription period, how do I continue to use ParentObserve?

A: Once your initial subscription period is completed, your ParentObserve account will be uninterruptedly renewed. You will receive a reminder a few weeks prior to the renewal, at this time, you can change your subscription status.

Q: I love ParentObserve! How can I tell others about this great service?

A: Follow us on Facebook! If you know another child care center currently not using ParentObserve, help us get them signed up and you will receive 3 months of ParentObserve FREE!

Q: I have more than one child in the center, Do I pay $9.95 per child?

A: No, You only pay one $9.95 fee per month (Billed in 6 month or 1 full year) per family in the same center.

Q: The video feed on my child's classroom is hard to view. How than that be fixed?

A: Contact your Child Care Provider first. They may be able to fix the problem internally. You may also call our tech support hotline.

Q: I'm moving and would love to continue using Parent Observe at our new Child Care Center

A: Your subscription is transferrable. If your new Child Care Facility is not currently using ParentObserve, help us get them signed up and get one additional year service FREE!
